japan, china, and russia?

Industrialization in Russia, China, and Japan was 'forced' by the government.

Industrialization in united states were naturally formed by the citizens due to the intention to seek profit.

Explanation:

During the early years of industrialization, China and Russia still experimented with communistic form of economy. This make the government took total control of all factors of production and totally dictate how the goods in those country should be produced.   (now days, they've combined it with capitalistic values and let their people to own the resources).

Japan is unique because while other part of the worlds are experiencing industrialization, they adopted an isolationist policies , which made the industrialization in japan came 100  years behind. Japan just started their industrialization in mid 1800s during the Meiji Restoration (which also initiated by the government)
