Acareer counselor comes to naia's student success class as a guest lecturer. he tells the class that each of us has a different skill set that we bring to any situation and it is important to know both your assets and deficiencies. he advises the students that in today's job market, identifying and improving your existing skills will you be competitive for new and different positions; that by knowing your skill set, you can link your skills into career possibilities; and that skills typically fall into three categories. hearing this, naia decides to make identifying her skill set a priority to identify possible career paths. which is not a skills category that naia should consider?

glass wants to live in a world of super heroes and villains. he have lived all his life trying to be responsible for the creating the origin story of a super hero; he schemed and caused many incidents (many of them fatal) hoping that someday someone with superpowers would show up and save the day.

he knew himself very much. he saw himself as a villain of a real-life super hero story. he was aware of his strengths (more than smart enough for being manipulative and scheming) and weaknesses (having fragile bones and having to rely on his mind to succeed).
