The process of policing gives the police officers the opportunity of changing the behavior and how people behave in different setups. Officers who lack the essential skills will not be able to bring sanity in areas experiencing discredit and other related challenges that require the attention of a skilled officer.

Therefore, the government has the responsibility of training more policing officers to ensure there is no room for crimes whatsoever. Further, it is important for them to be mindful of the others welfare of being on duty.
