Current issues with the third amendment

Although the government implemented third amendment into our constitution, the soldiers are living in American families’ homes during peace time.

Explanation:

According to third amendment implemented by the constitution no soldier troops should not occupy the houses during peace time. But the troop of soldiers are forcibly entering into their house and breaking the third amendment.
