Chief Justice Earl Warren (b. 1891- d.1974) operated as the 14th United States Chief Justice from 1953 until 1969.

He presided over landmark constitutional cases such as Brown v BOE and Miranda v Arizona. Warren was personally convinced that segregation was morally unethical and illegal. He could argue that modern authority supports his finding with integrated schools, workplaces, entertainment and leisure industries, and businesses. In modern US society segregation in any shape or form is deemed illegal and punishable by law.
