What happens when a supreme court justice retires who the president disapproves of

If a Supreme Court justices whose jurisprudence the President does not necessarily agree with, it is more likely than not (depending on the make up of the Senate) that the President will nominate someone whose jurisprudence they agree with.

answer: a federal government has final authority on interstate/inter provincial  and international affairs, a confederation is one where the central/national government or authority is governing body what does not have final say over the same matters. hopefully this and i will try again if you don't like this answer : )
