The conflict theory will examine the social condition through natural instinct. Conflict theory believes in human instinct towards having conflict. Karl Marx, the one who developed conflict theory, stated that conflict is neither good or bad. Instead, Marx believes that conflict is an inevitable part of human life. It is in human nature and it will eventually explain why things are the way they are.

Conflict theory can be used to look at the violence, revolutions, wars, or any forms of injustices. With conflict theory, it can be explained that all of the stuffs that had happened are because of the disparity in society that will cause these problems.
