In what way do some people think privatization can solve the problems of social security?

Supporters feel that if people invest and manage their own money it would grow faster.

If managed by the government, the payers do not have any choice in influencing the type of commodities where their investment is placed.
If managed personally,the payers could make their analyzation on the market and allocate their investment accordingly.
