How did appeasement play a role in starting ww2?

While the English Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain was hailed as a "keeper of the peace" by many, his inaction against Nazi Germany after the annexation of the Sudetenland (in Czechoslovakia) and the Anschluss  could be argued to have been foolish. Germany was quite weak early on, and an organized battle with the League of Nations could have fairly easily returned order Europe.

the reason the welfare system causes so much of a burden on its recipients is because the welfare system does not give its recipients any real tools to actually get out of poverty. the welfare system has embedded poverty deeper into society and has made it harder and harder for people to escape poverty.

in other words, it stoped the poor, and now its making it worse.
