Make sure the house is properly sheltered so the chickens will not get to hot or cold. Secure it so animals cannot eat them. Put a water food feeder so they will have a steady supply of food and water. Put straw and nesting boxes in the poultry house so the chickens can be comfortable and lay their eggs comfortably.
