The resources are very essential to maintain the stability in an ecosystem or society. If the mass comes to know that certain resources are in limited amount , then the competition for such resources would increase and this will destabilize the society. This is the situation with fresh water resource in different countries and as predicted due to the scarcity of water , there can be a third world war.
