1. Thiết kế hệ thống lọc bụi túi vải để xử lý loại bụi phát sinh trong quá trình xay xát lúa gạo của nhà máy A nằm trong khu công nghiệp Thành Thành Công, Trảng Bàng, Tây Ninh. Đường kính hạt bụi d = 1 ÷ 100 m. Nhiệt độ của bụi bằng môi trường làm việc là 250C. Lưu lượng đầu vào Q = 150.000 m3/h. Nồng độ bụi Cb = 2500 mg/m3- Tỷ lệ chiều dài và đường kính túi vải: K = 18. Chiều dài túi lọc thích hợp L = 2000÷3500 mm. Do điều kiện không gian chọn L = 2750 mm. Theo TCVN, đường kính túi vải D trong khoảng (200÷400). n : hiệu suất làm việc của bề mặt lọc, lấy n = 90%- Do yêu cầu loại vải chọn v = 100m3/m2.h. Hãy tính toán các kích thước của thiết bị và nhận xét về chất lượng không khí đầu ra so với tiêu chuẩn thải bụi của Việt Nam (TCVN 19-2009), theo đó, tiêu chuẩn thải bụi của Việt Nam (TCVN 2009 Cmax= CKpKv= 2000.81= 160mg/m3)
