If the Earth has an amount of electric charge sufficient to produce an average electric field value of 153 V/m at its surface, what minimal magnitude of magnetic field would be required to explain Earth's orbital motion, assuming gravity to be completely absent? Hint: use Gauss' law to find Earth's charge.
