I’m sorry to hear that! my parents argue A TON and i usually just lock myself in my room and put my airpods in to listen to music so their arguing is drowned out by the music. if they’re fighting is heard beyond my music i try to listen to what they’re fighting about and break them apart. sometimes emotions get in the way of judgment so try to interfere CALMLY and logically. but if it’s not too intense, just sit it out and distract yourself. people fight all the time, it’s a normal thing to do. don’t worry too much about it and you’ll be just fine! i’m always here if you need someone to talk to :))
