Exercise 2: A skier sliding on a track A skier of mass M slides, without friction, on a path (ABC) situated in the vertical plane as shown in the figure below.

The skier leaves without speed from A.

Given: hA=21m, hB=8m, hC=11m and g=10m/s2.

Calculate the speed of the skier at points B, C and I.

At the point C, the skier leaves the track with a velocity vector vC making an angle α=370 and leaves the track to undergo free-fall just before hitting the ground at I.​
