Can someone me with this proportionality

i have two sets of numbers: the question asked: determine whether or not the sugar content is roughly proportional to the caloric value of the beverages.

mass percent sugar calories/ml
a 2.8 % 0.2113 cal/ml
b 3.9 % 0 cal/ml
c 8.7 % 0.5072 cal/ml

take me step by step on this, i am seriously finding this hard to understand, i haven't been able to find one decent
