Explanation: Because you can't not know everything about something but therefore they do know a whole lot about these little things in our body such as the atom. The atom is everything we have in our body or everything is really because of atoms. Our scientist still have questions about the atoms, even if there isn't much to ask anymore. But you can not know about everything about the atom, its impossible, but it can be done with a couple more years we pretty much have basically all we have to know about atoms.

There are three ways that scientists have proved that these sub-atomic particles exist. They are direct observation, indirect observation or inferred presence and predictions from theory or conjecture. Scientists in the 1800's were able to infer a lot about the sub-atomic world from chemistry.

But it can be possible that they do know ALMOST everything but im sure they don't know every detail about Atoms.
