A biconvex lens with an object at 2 F. Rays are drawn both parallel to the principal axis and through the center of the lens. The ray parallel is bent through the focal point on the image side of the lens. The ray straight through the center of the lens is not bent. The rays converge at the image at 2 F on the image side of the lens that is inverted and the same size as the object. What are the characteristics of the image formed by the object?
ANSWER
The image created by the object is located on 2F behind the lens, real, inverted, and the same size as the actual object.
