Suppose a diode consists of a cylindrical cathode (negatively charged) with a radius of 6.2×10^-2 cm, mounted coaxially within a cylindrical anode (positively charged) with a radius of 0.558 cm. The potential difference between the anode and cathode is 335 V. An electron leaves the surface of the cathode with zero initial speed. Find its speed when it strikes the anode. Mass of an electron, me=9.1x10^(-31) kg.
