Personally, I feel that at each stage of life, learning and growth mindset is utmost important and people must never shy away from learning and development at any age. There is always something to learn from other people and people must make an effort to learn something new each and every day and implement that in their daily life. This creates a positive environment and people feel happy and satisfied with their life. It adds quality to the life of people and there is something to look up to each day.

With proper learning and growth, the ability to succeed in life increases manifold. This is because, organizations nowadays prefer people who are educated and implement their learnings in the work that they do. Hence the probability of success increases if a person has better education and is growth oriented and positive attitude towards life.
