High pass filter in class, we discussed an active low pass filter design where we introduced a capacitor in parallel with the feedback resistor in the feedback loop of the inverting op-amp circuit. similarly, you can design a high pass filter starting with an inverting amplifier circuit but adding a capacitor in series with the input resistor (instead of having the capacitor in the feedback loop). (a) using this approach, design an active high pass filter with a gain of 30db and a cutoff frequency of 100 hz. (b) sketch the circuit, labeling all components, and derive the transfer function of the circuit. (c) sketch your circuit’s magnitude and phase response in a bode plot representation.
