Newton’s first law of motion was a giant leap forward in scientific thought during newton’s time. even today, the idea is sometimes difficult at first for people to understand. which statement is the best example of an object and motion that would make it hard for people to believe newton’s first law?

Newton's first law:

  When object is in rest  or in uniform motion then it will remain in the rest or uniform motion until unless some external force will not act on the body.

This law is also called as law of inertia because it give the concept of inertia of every object.

Ex:

1) When we are moving in the bus and when suddenly driver apply break then we moves in the forward direction.it is because of first law of inertia.

2)When car take turn then an object place on the car floor moves.
