Volume of tank, V = 0.2 m^3

density of water, d = 1000 kg/m^3

mass of tank, m = 3 kg

Mass of water in the tank, M = Volume of tank x density of water

M = V x d

M = 0.2 x 1000 = 200 kg

Total mass = M + m = 200 + 3 = 203 kg

total weight, W = total mass x g

W = 203 x 9.8 = 1989.4 N

Thus, the total weight of the combined system is 1989.4 N.
