F is the force.
k = a constant
q1,q2 = the charges on a body
r = the distance of one charge to the next.

Note the 1 has been added to the Force so that you can see how the denominators and the numerators line up. 

Notice also that the force is in the numerator and the distance (r) is in the denominator. That means that there is an INVERSE relationship.
