I suffer from a few illnesses, two of which are Gerd and Reciprocal Vomiting. I also have a Fructose Intolerance, food that doesnt trigger those. Does anyone who suffers with these have any suggestions of foods that I should try or that dont trigger them, or just any advice in general. Im currently trying to gain more weight because Im under what I should be.
