You start to look pregnant in your second trimester primarily but 1st if you’re SUPER tiny.
you miss your menstrual period before you even know you’re pregnant 99% of the time.
you start wearing maternity clothes in the second trimester usually but it could be third.
and most women i know start to really struggle in their 3rd trimester by not being able to do simple tasks because of their belly. tying shoes, cooking, sleeping a certain way, etc.
