People use these compounds for a number of reasons, To get work done, To get rid of withdraw or to have fun with friends.

It is hard to treat because people that use drugs often don't want to stop or they know they have a problem but cannot be truthful to themselves. And cognitive liberty its thats person's body. it is their liberty .

currently with the prison system and how the united states treats these people most people end up using again. Throwing people in jail and treating them horrible doesn't make them want to stop doing drugs. Programs work with a 90% success rate in some european countries. A psychologist ( depends on the one you have) will most likely ask you why you use and offer treatment.
