Then
Amount of fees that the agency got from the sale = (4/100) * 175000 dollars
                                                                               = 4 * 1750 dollars
                                                                               = 7000 dollars
Percentage fees that Mrs hamilton got from the agency was 35% of the money that the agency made from the sale of the house.
Then
Amount of fees that Mrs.Hamilton got = (35/100) * 7000 dollars
                                                             = 35 * 70 dollars
                                                             = 2450 dollars
