It looks like these questions address probability and percents. 

2. To find the percent of the students that got a 90 or higher you would divide 15/25. 15 divided by 25 equals 0.6 or 60%. The question asks will NOT score over a 90 so subtraction is needed. 100%-60%= 40%. The answer is A.40%

3. There are three types of vehicles and three services. 3*3=9. D. 9 choices

4. For this question, I would first find the percent of the number of free throws Rachel makes. 16/20= 0.8. Rachel made her free throws 80% of the time. Then I would find what 80% of 30 is. 80% of 30 is 24. (0.8*30). But, the question asks how many you would expect her to miss. 30-24 is 6. Rachel would miss 6 shots. B. 6
