-12 x - 15 y = -141

          - 23 y = -161  * ( - 1 )
           
             23 y = 161
                 
                  y = 161 / 23
                   
                  y =  7
   
For x 

3 x - 2 y = - 5    ( I )

3 x - 2 * 7 = - 5

3 x - 14 = - 5

3 x = - 5 + 14

3 x = 9

x = 9 / 3

x = 3

Solution:

x = 3 and y = 7
