find two points of the line
for x=0> y=5/3     point (0,1.67)

The vector between two points is v =(2.5-0,0-1.67)=(2.5.-1.67)

Vector form: r=ro+tv> (2.5,0)+(2.5,-1.67)t

Parametric form 
x=2.5+2.5t
y=-1.67t

the answer is
