C. P Value associated with the test statistic is smaller than the p level chosen. 

If the P value is less than or equal to o, then the null hypothesis is rejected in favor of the alternative hypothesis. The alternative hypothesis is also known as the research hypothesis. These are part of the significance levels of research based projects.
