First I tried to find the slope intercept form because it is easier for me
Plugging in the slope to the equation first.
y=-4x+b

To solve for B I plug in the points (4,1) for x and y in y=-4x+b
 1-(-4)(4) = 17
17 is b, the equation is y=-4x+17

I then convert this form to point slope, turning it into
-4x -y + 17
