Solving the 2nd equation for r results in
         10-2h
r =
             5
                    (10-2h)^2
Then r^2 =
                         25

Substitute this r and this r^2 into the first equation and simplify.  This will result in a formula for V as a function of h (V in terms of h).

You need to include the original coordinates of the triangle to answer this. and how much does it translate (move left right up down)
