In cooking class, Lupita and Jacob each make a mixture of basil and oregano. Lupita uses 2 tsp basil for every 3 tsp oregano. Jacob uses 4 tsp basil for every 5 tsp oregano. Lupita says the two mixtures will taste the same. Jacob says his will have a stronger basil taste than Lupita's. Who is correct? Explain.
