This leads to 22/38 = 11/19 being the probability of picking something that isn't yellow.Same idea as problem 1. This time we don't want red. There are 5 red so there are 38-5 = 33 non-red balloons. We end up with the answer 33/38

For either problem, you could find the decimal form, but I think the fraction form is better (since it's exact instead of approximate).
