Car A costs $25.95 to rent and $0.35/km to drive. Car B costs $19.95 to rent and $0.55/km to drive. Let y represent the total cost to rent a car and let m represent the number of kilometers a person drives.
How many kilometers would one have to drive for the total cost of driving each car to be the same?
The equations are
