John, aged 16, was visiting his friend Tony at his house. Tony gave John a summer
cocktail drink that had alcohol as a base, together with a fruit cordial. John
drank a great deal of the summer cocktail and started singing. Tony was so
embarrassed that he told John to go home and he lent him his motorised
