PLEASE HELP Billy is using a compass to copy ∠ABC and has completed the following steps in the procedure.

He constructed point D, which will be the vertex of the copied angle.
He constructed ray DE, which will become a side of the copied angle.
He centered the compass on point B, and set it to a convenient width.
He constructed an arc centered at point B, intersecting both sides of ∠ABC. He labeled the points of intersection M and L.
Without changing the compass width, he centered the compass on point D and constructed a similar arc, intersecting ray DE. He labeled this point of intersection F.
Billy has forgotten the steps needed to complete the procedure. His construction, so far, is shown in the figure below.
