Part 1: Calculate the percentage of the cell cycle spent in each stage. Number of cells in given stage ÷ total number of cells counted × 100 = % of the cell cycle spent in this stage 34÷ 50*100= 68%

8÷ 50*100= 16%

3÷ 50*100= 6%

2÷ 50*100= 4%

2÷ 50*100= 4%

1÷ 50*100= 2%

Part 2: Using your percentages in part 1, create a graph that represents the time spent in each stage of the cell cycle.

Stages Description of Cell
Interphase The body substance seems all tangled up, there's only one cell pictured.
Prophase The body substance condenses, changing into a visible chromosomes. Spindle fibers have shaped. One cell was captured in the image.
Metaphase The spindle fibers have currently aligned the chromosomes into a row within the middle of the nucleus. Only one cell that I captured.
Anaphase All the chromosomes combined and start moving to various facets of the cell could cause it to separate. There is one cell I could detect.
Telophase Membranes start to form around the recently separated and paired chromosomes. From what I can see, two cells are starting to form.
Cytokinesis There are currently two separated cells. A surface formed between them to avoid them from cacophonic apart by lightly squeezing to take care of the structure inside the onion root.
