The height of the plant when it was last measured is 4/10

Height of plant before the cut = 4/5 meters

Height after 1/2 was cut off=(we subtract the original height from how much cut off.)

= 4/5 -1/2=  8-5 /10 =3/10

Since it had grown back  1/10, the height measured was 3/10 +1/10 =4/10
