A fuel tank receives a continuous, steady flow of 2000 litres per hour. The
tank experiences a steady rate of fuel usage within each of the 6
consecutive 4-hour periods every day. Every day, usage during these
periods are always 6000, 13500, 7300, 10000, 8000, and 3200 litres.
Determine the capacity, in litres, of the smallest tank which would ensure
there would be at least 200 litres of fuel in the tank (how much fuel would
it have to start with? To ensure it doesn't go under 200 litres).
