The variable definitions are given on the second worksheet. a. Using Excel’s Histogram function, develop frequency and relative frequency distribution tables for the variable "Charges". Choose an appropriate number of buckets.
b. Using the relative frequency table, draw a bar chart to represent this distribution. Be sure to label the axes appropriately.
c. Using a basic understanding of the kinds of illnesses for which health insurance charges are submitted, write no more than five sentences explaining why the bar chart for "Charges" is not symmetric? {You do not have to be a health industry expert to answer this question}
