PLEASE HELP WILL give BRAINLIEST there are many measurements of the human body that are positively correlated for example the length of one’s forearm measures from elbow to wrist is approximately the same length as the foot measured from heel to toe. They are positively correlated because as one measurement increases so does the other measurement you will discover through this project whether a humans arm span measured across the body with the arms extended is correlated to their height.

you will need to collect data from 11 people which will give you 12 data points including your own personal data ( witch i’ll give you mine next to the other provided chart) .
you will then turn in and answer questions regarding only one scatterplot if doing the project alone you may use the sample data provider for part one if you do not have 11 people to measure

PROVIDED DATA CHART (below)

arm span (inch’s) Height
58. 60. 1
49. 47. 2
51. 55. 3
19. 25. 4
37. 39. 5
44. 45. 6
47. 49. 7
36. 35. 8
41. 41. 9
46. 50. 10
58. 61. 12
(67. 67) mine 12

1.create a scatter plot of the data shown predict the line of best fit and sketch it on a graph

2. copy and paste your scatterplot into a wordprocessing document

LAST PART
1. Which variable did you put on the X axis in which variable did you plan on the Y axis explain why you assign the variables in that way?
2. right equation of the line of best fit using the slope intercept formula, y=mx+b. show all your work including the points used to determine the slope and how the equation was determined?
3. what does the slope of the line represent within the context of your graph what does the Y intercept represent?
4.Test residuals of two other points to determine how well the line of best fit models the data?
5. use the line of best fit to help you to describe the data correlation?
6. using the line of best fit that you found in part three question to approximate how tall is a person whose arm span is 66 inches?
7. cording to your line of best fit what is the arm span of A 74 inch tall person?

THANK YOU THIS WILL HELP SO MUCH

On traditional maps, earth is represented in a flat plane, or by euclidean geometry. however, a globe is a more accurate model that comes from elliptical geometry.how does a globe represent the fact that there are no parallel lines in elliptical geometry? the equator is not parallel to any other latitudinal lines. the north and south poles are never connected by a geodesic. the geodesics connecting the north and south poles never intersect. the geodesics connecting the north and south poles intersect at both of the poles.
