level, then rises to an equal distance above its
normal level, and finally returns to its normal
level after 20 seconds. The normal depth of
water at San Francisco Bay is 15 meters. The
maximum level of the water in the tsunami is
26 meters. Write a sinusoidal function that
represents the level of the water over time.
Explain how you find each parameter.
