valued at GH€1,500,000 which earns him a rent of GH€75,000 per year. He holds GHC500,000
government bond which yields an interest of 15% a year.
Mr. Yaw Bediasempa is a part-time teacher in a nearby private school and earns GHC180,000 a year from
his part-time work. His income tax a year is GH€20,000 and he also pays GH€10,000 property tax a year.
(a) Calculate the annual personal income of Mr. Bedieasempa?
(b) What is the disposable income?
(c) What is the total value of his capital assets?
