It causes a harmful view on black people and can result in racial profiling. Another way to combat this racism is to fight off systemic racism. Black people who have unique names, usually African names, are more likely to get turned down for a job when they turn in their resume to an establishment. This is because they automatically assume that they'll be trouble, and won't be a good worker.
