Please help me solve this. Where I'm going wrong and an explanation would be very helpful as well.
problem: The data in the following table shows the outcomes of guilty and not-gulity pleas in 1055 criminal court cases.
Sent to prison:
Guilty plea: 399
Not-gulity plea: 59
Not sent to prison:
Guilty plea: 567
Not-gulity plea: 29
B..What is the probability that a randomly selected defendent either pled not guilty or was sent to prison? (round to three decimal places as needed.)
