1.  1m=100 cm
1m^2= 10,000 cm^2

2.  if 3 pencils are 1.65, then 1 pencil is 1.65/3=$ 0.55
7 pencils will cost 7* $0.55= $3.85

3.1 ha is 10,000 m^2, and 1 soccer filed is roughly 100m *110 m
so it makes sense that 1 ha is roughly 2 tennis courts
