we get
lim x-> 2 [ 4.5x2-3x+2 - 4.5*22+3*2-2]/(x-2)
lim x-> 2 [4.5x2-3x-12]/(x-2)
lim x-> 2 4.5*[x+12/9]*[x-2] /(x-2) as -12/9 and 2 are roots of x2-(3/4.5)x - 12/4.5
4.5*10/3 =15
